:: Concentric center medallions in shield like contour with innermost bearing stepped enveloped relief and arrowed finials. All interior field in a Herati design motif with varying ground coloration. Main border in a detailed floral bouquet design motif featuring intricate roses. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, sapphire blue, powder blue, cherry red, ivory, sandalwood gold, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Senneh rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage.
